About IQGuard
IQGuard designs and builds complete solar powered AI security systems and puts them in the hands of professional security dealers. The hardware handles power, connectivity, detection and deterrence so you can sell the whole property instead of the wired part of it.
IQGuard came out of a simple pattern in the field. Dealers kept running into properties where the cameras made sense and the infrastructure did not. Trenching, conduit and permits turned good jobs into bids nobody won.
So the product started at the hardest part: power and connectivity. Solar, battery, LTE and on device AI, engineered together and tested in real deployments before they went into the catalog. Pilot units were instrumented down to battery state of charge so the production systems would not need babysitting.
Today those systems are deployed on hotel lots, builder sites, equipment yards, storage facilities and rural property, installed by dealers who bill the hardware, the install, the monitoring and the service.
How we operate
We do not compete with you for the end user. Every install goes through a dealer, and the customer relationship stays yours.
Not a parts list. A system arrives ready to mount, commission and bill, so your unpaid engineering hours go away.

Co Founder and Partner
Bob is the Founder and CEO of Homaxi and a driving force behind IQGuard product innovation. As an engineer and entrepreneur, he focuses on solving real security problems with practical technology. His work in AI powered solar and off grid surveillance shaped IQWatch and IQBox, built from listening to customers and to what actually happens in the field.
Co Founder and President
Brett is an entrepreneur and direct sales leader with more than 20 years building and scaling high performance sales organizations. Since starting in door to door sales in 2002, he has helped oversee more than 400,000 security installations through direct sales channels. He is a founder and partner in Evocom Security, IQGuard, Wakeside Lake RV and The Factory.
VP of Operations
Kirk has more than 20 years of experience across franchising, financial services, logistics and technology, including serving as President of IBEX and CEO of MOXA Management, where he oversaw a portfolio of operating companies and real estate holdings. Today he is CFO and Partner at The Factory, helping lead Factory Fiber and Evocom Security.
VP of Sales
Mark brings more than 25 years in direct sales and leadership. He joined Vivint Smart Home in 2004, built and led top performing teams and became a Regional Manager of one of the company's highest producing organizations, later supporting its expansion into solar. In 2024 he partnered with The Factory to build and grow Evocom Security.
